Goofs: Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In 1987, the husband sells his hot rod truck and buys a 1982-1987 Buick Regal that already has decades worth of rust/wear on it. His buys this “old beater” to save money but in actuality, a Regal of that age might even be worth then his collector truck because it’s practically a new luxury car.
